Returning an Item
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must inform us of your intent prior to returning the item so that we may provide you with a suitable reference number and return address details. It may also be prudent to photograph the product before its return, to ensure any damage incurred in transit does not invalidate your claim for refund. We also recommend that all goods should be returned by means of a recorded delivery service to ensure the validity your refund claim, i.e. items lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund. The product must be returned to Innovate Photonics Ltd. in good working condition and in its entirety, i.e. with all of the original boxed parts and documents.
The product must be returned to Innovate Photonics Ltd. in its original packaging (to prevent damage in transit).
The product must be returned to Innovate Photonics Ltd. within 30-days of receipt of item.
All monies due will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
Items lost in transit during their return to Innovate Photonics Ltd will not be eligible for a refund.
All postage and packaging costs incurred in returning the item to Innovate Photonics Ltd. will not be eligible for a refund.
